Getting around
From the airport: Disney's Magical Express
Disney's Magical Express picks you up and takes you from Orlando International Airport to your Disney Resort hotel. Departing is also a breeze with our Resort Airline Check-in Service and return transportation to the Orlando International Airport. Reservations are required. We recommend you make your reservations at least 30 days in advance. Make your reservation today!
Within the Walt Disney World Resort: Disney Transport
Take advantage of complimentary bus service to and from all four theme parks, two water parks, Disney Resort hotels and the Disney Springs® Area. Plus, enjoy unique transportation offerings between hotels, theme parks and other points of interest by ferry, skyliner or monorail where available! Disney also operates the Minnie Van ride sharing service via Lyft. Reserve and pay for your Minnie Van by using the Lyft App.
Parking
Standard overnight self-parking is available to registered Guests for a fee that will be applied to their hotel folio upon check-out. All parking fees include applicable tax. Parking for arrivals in 2020 is $20 per night.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your registration up until June 19, 2020. A cancellation fee of $75 will be subtracted from your refunded amount. Your refunded amount will not appear on your credit card; instead, you’ll receive a FOREVER gift certificate for the value of your refunded amount. After June 19, 2020 no refund is available. Transfers are accepted until Friday, June 19, 2020 between Ambassadors and clients or guests who are eligible to attend the same events. A transfer fee of $50 will apply. The seller is responsible for the transfer fee. You may cancel your registration for the Gala Dinner but will not receive a refund.
FOREVER® Live! Gala tickets are non refundable.
