What is a Virtual Party and how is it different from a Crop?

I purchased a ticket. Why have I not received any information about the event?

Emails will be sent to the email address that purchased the ticket. Any emails that we send will be detailed on the event Interactive Agenda. If you have not received the emails, please visit the Interactive Agenda regularly after December 1, 2026 to stay up to date.
I am not available during the event, would it be worth me purchasing a ticket?

ABSOLUTELY! We encourage everyone to purchase a ticket, even if your availability is extremely limited. The entire event is self-paced and recorded. You do not have to join the sessions live. Your ticket entitles you to the full goody bag and all training whether you attend live or not. You will have unlimited access to the event site so that you can watch the training and review the notes at a time that works for you. You will even be automatically added into some of the event raffles just because you purchased a ticket. In short, you won't miss out on a thing except the live interaction.
My time is limited. Do I have to participate in pre-crop activities?

This entire event is self-paced. You do not have to participate in pre-crop activities. You will still receive your entire goody bag and you will be able to fully participate in Training Weekend without having participated in pre-crop activities. Participating in pre-crop activities, however, is a great way to get prepared for a whirlwind weekend of training. It also allows you to digest the many gifts you will receive little by little and get organized. It also gives you an opportunity to engage with fellow attendees.
I am buying a ticket for a friend, is there something special I should do?

If at all possible, we encourage you to purchase the ticket, or have the gift recipient purchase the ticket in their own FOREVER Account. This will ensure that their information is attached to the ticket when it comes time to distribute entitlements and coupons. If you are unable to purchase the ticket in their account, please make sure that you list their name as the attendee when filling out the form to add the ticket to cart. It will also be helpful to notify the p2P Team that you purchased a Virtual Party Ticket for someone else by sending an email to pixels2pages@forever.com.
Where is this event? Can I attend live?

The Virtual Party is a virtual event and is not held at a central location. We encourage Ambassadors/ticket holders to have satellite events where they can gather together with fellow Artisan users who also have purchased a Virtual Party Ticket.
Do I need to have a pixels2Pages membership to purchase a ticket?

You do not need a pixels2Pages membership to purchase a ticket and participate in this event. The FOREVER pixels2Pages Team may reference p2P Membership offerings and without a membership, you will not be able to access that content.
Do I have to be on Facebook in order to participate in this event?

You do not have to be on Facebook to access this event. Everything will be posted and organized on the event site/Interactive Agenda. All ticket holders will receive an email 6 to 8 weeks prior to the event with a link to the event website and the Facebook Group. We encourage you to sign up for the event newsletter to stay informed. The Facebook group is mainly for ticket holders to be able to engage with each other and the FOREVER pixels2Pages Team. You will not miss any ticket holder content by not joining the Facebook Group.
I signed up for the newsletter but have not received any emails. What do I do?

Check your spam and make sure pixels2pages@forever.com is a safe sender in your emails. If you still cannot find the emails, send an email to pixels2pages@forever.com and we will provide you with a link to follow up on all emails. All emails will also be linked on the event website.
I have a ticket. Where can I find the ...?

Absolutely EVERYTHING related to this event can be found in the Interactive Agenda(Event Site) which will be available on or about December 1, 2026. The latest news and updates, training materials, training recordings, galleries, freebies, Blueprints, and more can all be found on the Interactive Agenda. If you have signed up for the event Newsletter, links to the Interactive Agenda will be there. If you have joined the Facebook Group, a link to the Interactive Agenda will be there. If you cannot find the link to the Interactive Agenda, please send an email to pixels2pages@forever.com. We will verify your ticket and send you the link.
What is an Interactive Agenda?

The Interactive Agenda is the ticket holder only web page that contains absolutely EVERYTHING related to the event. The event agenda along with links to join in on the training can be found on the Interactive Agenda. The latest news and updates, training materials, training recordings, galleries, freebies, Blueprints, and more can all be found on the Interactive Agenda.
Where can I find the Interactive Agenda?

What are entitlements?

Entitlements are anything that is distributed through the FOREVER Store. All Blueprints and Digital Art that will be distributed as part of your goody bag are considered entitlements. All entitlements will be delivered using a special coupon that will only work for registered attendees of the event. This enhancement will allow registered attendees to easily add their gifted items to their download history while preventing those who are not paid attendees from getting content and gift items they are not entitled to.
How can I get a printed version of the idea book?

When the idea book goes on sale we will email everyone who signed up for the news letter. We will also share details on the event site/Interactive Agenda.

Cancellation & Transfer Policy

You may cancel your registration up until March 1, 2027. A cancellation fee of $75.00 USD will be subtracted from your refunded amount. Your refund amount will not appear on your credit card; instead, you'll receive a FOREVER_® coupon for the value of your refunded amount - good on printed products, software, FOREVER Storage®, Facial Recognition, Streaming Video, FOREVER Boxes, FOREVER Genealogy, and FOREVER Digital Art™-branded digital art. After March 1, 2027 no refund is available. If you'd like to cancel your ticket please email ehelsel@forever.com.

Transfers are accepted until March 21, 2026 between Ambassadors and clients or guests who are eligible to attend the same events. A transfer fee of $50.00 USD will apply. The seller is responsible for the transfer fee. If you'd like to transfer your ticket to someone else, email ehelsel@forever.com and provide the following: your name, the transferee's first and last name, city and state/province and email address. If applicable, please specify any dietary requirements, such as gluten-free, vegetarian, or vegan preferences.
