How it works:

• Each DVD is digitized for $12.50 per disc.
• Your $150 credit covers the full cost of digitizing the first 12 DVDs you send.
• If you include more than 12 DVDs, any additional discs will be invoiced at $12.50 per DVD when we receive your box.

We're happy to help preserve DVDs and Blu-ray discs that contain your personal memories and keepsakes. However, copyright laws and copy-protection technology limit the types of discs we can legally convert. Please review the guidelines below to see which DVDs are eligible for digitization.

We Can Digitize

• DVDs and Blu-ray discs containing previously digitized home movies.
• Mini-DVDs containing home video content.
• Professionally produced event recordings such as dance recitals, concerts, school performances, sporting events, and similar personal keepsakes.

We Cannot Digitize

• Commercial DVDs containing copyrighted movies, television programs, or other protected content.
• Discs protected by copy-prevention or anti-piracy technology.

We recommend placing the barcode sticker on the front of the DVD's protective case whenever possible. If your DVD does not have a case, place the barcode on the label side of the disc (the side with writing or artwork). Please do not place the barcode on the shiny data side of the DVD, as this may damage the data on the disc and render it unreadable.

In many cases, yes. Minor scratches don't necessarily prevent a DVD from being digitized. To give your discs the best chance of success, we professionally clean scratched DVDs using specialized disc-cleaning equipment at no additional cost. This service helps improve readability and is included as part of our digitization process.

Yes! If your DVD is organized into chapters or separate events, we'll preserve that structure whenever possible. Each chapter or event will be uploaded to your account as its own individual file, making it easy to view, organize, and share with friends and family.

Video quality will reflect both the condition of the original DVD and the quality of the earlier digitization. While we cannot enhance or repair issues that were present before the content was transferred to DVD, we will carefully extract and preserve the video as it exists on the disc.
