Important Updates on our Social Media Pages
Many of you know that the FOREVER pixels2Pages team is an extension of the customer care team. As such, we are typically able to assist members of the community with customer care assistance directly on their post in real time. Recently, while assisting a community member with a project issue, I (Tameka Bond, Director of pixels2Pages) posted a screen shot of the cover which was at issue to show where the flaw occurred. Unfortunately, this screen shot included images of people who were not intended to be shown on social media. Though this was immediately corrected, it resulted in multiple discussions on what can and cannot be posted in the community. As a result of these discussions, it has been decided that there will be sweeping changes throughout various Facebook Groups. This includes FOREVER pixels2Pages Community, FOREVER Good2Know, FOREVER Artisan 6 Good2Know, FOREVER Day2Day Project, and Fans of FOREVER Artisan.
We will no longer provide customer service in these groups. When posting your questions, we will attempt to provide generic answers and/or links to helpful offerings. If your question requires any level of detail beyond that, you will be directed to communicate with our support team via email at support@forever.com and your post will be immediately deleted or paused. If your question is related to a pixels2Pages offering, you can save a bit of time waiting for a response by emailing pixels2Pages@forever.com.
We are currently working on our standard wording that will be posted in all groups upon final review.
Our Zero Tolerance Rule
Our Facebook Groups are meant to be a laid back, fun, and safe place for everyone. We encourage healthy discussions about the good and not so good experiences you have. We don't encourage rude behavior of any kind. If you make a post in the community that can be considered defamatory, inflammatory, or rude, your post will be either paused or deleted and you will be placed on post review for 30 days. If a second offense occurs, you will be banned from the group without further notice. We sincerely hope this will not be necessary.
Artisan Update

Quarterly Crop
Mark your calendars now for our next quarterly crop on October 27-29, 2023. The theme is Let's Cruise: Set Sail and Seas the Day. We have many fun offerings planned for you, including videos, challenges, and free Blueprints. As usual, registration is not required. Everything is self-paced, so you can do it on your own schedule.

All of our 2024 quarterly crops are also listed in the calendar with dates and themes, so you can look forward with anticipation.
p2P LIVE events are coordinated and sponsored by local Ambassadors and hosts, and the training is done by a member of the FOREVER pixels2Pages team. Space is generally limited.
