Video Tidbit: Cut Up Photo

In this video, you will use the Grid cutter and Straight edge cutter to cut a photo into varying rectangles and squares and then use Color Wash and the Rough painting Artistic filter to give some of the pieces a different look. This makes for an interesting-looking photo.
