Over the Rainbow Pre-Crop Week 1 Activities

Welcome to Over the Rainbow and Week 1 of our activities. This starts our countdown of six weeks of fun and learning.

The official hashtag for this event is:

#p2POTRVirtualParty

Use this hashtag on every post you make for Over the Rainbow, in addition to hashtags specific to each offering. Hashtags will be provided throughout the crop. Hashtags matter because they help people find similar posts easily. Clicking on a hashtag pulls up all posts with that same hashtag.

Each week we will present a Webinar with information to help you get prepared for training weekend. All Webinars (Weeks 1-6) will happen on Monday evenings at 9 pm ET US from March 11 to April 15, 2024. They will be recorded, so if you are unable to attend live, you can watch the recording at your convenience.

Goody Bag Challenge:

Mandatory Badge Activities

These are the activities you must complete in order to earn your badge for the Week 1 activities.

1. Review lessons 1-3 of the Getting Started Guide if you have not reviewed the Getting Started Guide in the past year.
2. Download Distribution 1B and install the kits in Artisan.
3. Add the kits to the “p2P VP Over the Rainbow” category that you created during Week 0.
4. Tag and categorize all the kits in Distribution 1.
5. Check the News section and make sure that you are up to date and have read all available news.

Recipe Challenge

In order to power through all of those pages you are bound to create, we know you are going to need good food. We thought it would be a great idea to come up with the FOREVER Community Cookbook. FOREVER Customer Care and the Pixies have already submitted recipes, but we would love it if you would submit your favorite recipes as well.

To participate:

• Please use our free template to create a 10x10 page. THIS TEMPLATE WILL ONLY WORK IN A 10X10 PROJECT.
• Please use one of the kits in our OTR Recipe Facet. CLICK HERE to view the kits.
• Do not change any fonts on the template. We use the Caladea Font and Microsoft Sans Serif.
• Exclusively use one of the kits in the Recipe Book Facet. All of the kits in this facet have been released for some time. If you do not own any of these kits, we have made it so that Over the Rainbow Attendees can get these kits for an incredible 70% off through March 31, 2024. It is recommended that these kits be purchased in their own transaction. Remove all promo codes, including CLUB5, and use promo code OTRRECIPES to get 70% off these kits.
• Save your page out at the highest resolution.
• Add your recipe to the Recipes collaborative album for an opportunity that it will be chosen for our idea book.

3. Sign up for the World of Designers webinars.

5. Begin thinking about photos you are going to want to use during Training Weekend.
