Over the Rainbow Pre-Crop Week 0 Activities
Welcome to Over the Rainbow and Week 0 of our activities. This week will be a prep week focused on getting people into our event-holder Facebook Group, signed up for the newsletter, and just having plain old fun.
The official hashtag for this event is:

Use this hashtag on every post you make for Over the Rainbow, in addition to hashtags specific to each offering. Hashtags will be provided throughout the crop. Hashtags matter because they help people find similar posts easily. Clicking on a hashtag pulls up all posts with that same hashtag.
Like last year, we are going to visit The World of Designers. We will visit two designers every week. We will get to know them better and play games with their art and get sneak peeks at what is up and coming. We feel you will enjoy having our designer time spread out instead of it all happening during training weekend.
Entering The World of Designers is optional. If you have limited time available, you will be able to come back and check out the recorded webinars and their kits when it is convenient for you.
To kick off pre-crop activities, we will be entering the worlds of Seatrout Scraps and Lucky Girl Creative. These webinars will be short, but we will have a lot of fun. You can visit The World of Designers by visiting the Featured Offerings portion of this site.

Profile Page
CLICK HERE or the images below to get the pre-designed profile and badge pages. Download your profile and badge pages and be sure to read the instructions on the actual pre-designed page.
We encourage you to create your Profile Page and add it to our collaborative album. Be sure to set your view to "All" when viewing the Profile Page template and follow the instructions thoroughly. Please do not make any edits to the template. We would like it to look as consistent as possible. Refer to the tips in the featured posts if you need help posting your page. Please note:
- Any pages done incorrectly will be removed from the collaborative album.
- If you do not post your photo on social media for privacy reasons, we recommend you use a photo representative of the state you live in as your profile. This will make sure that you are entered into all prize drawings.
- If you make a mistake on your page, add the revised page to the collaborative album and complete the request form to delete the wrong page from the album.
Badge Page
We have created your Badge page for you. You will need to collect 40 Badges between now and April 30, 2024, in order to collect your exclusive Badge Blueprint. The Badge pages are 12x12 templates. View them in single page view with the view set to "All." Click the eye on the top element of the elements panel to show hidden instructions.
Event Spreadsheet
The event spreadsheet will be one comprehensive searchable and sortable document for all things Over the Rainbow. This spreadsheet will be continually updated throughout the event. You can use the spreadsheet online or download a copy every week. This is a Google spreadsheet, and any official requests to edit the document will be denied. We will demonstrate how to use this spreadsheet during the Week 1 Webinar.

Mandatory Badge Activities
These are the activities you must complete in order to earn your badge for the Week 1 activities.
- Create a 12x12 Project to use for your Over the Rainbow assignments.
- Create your Profile Page and add it to the collaborative album. Your Profile Page needs to be in the collaborative album in order to be considered for Exclusive Blueprint Prizes.
- Download Distribution 1a and install the kits in Artisan.
- Create a Category called “p2P VP Over the Rainbow” or something similar.
- Tag and categorize all the kits in Distribution 1.
Optional Badge Activities
These are the activities you may choose to do during Week 1, but they are not required in order to earn your Week 1 badge.
- Join the Over the Rainbow Facebook Group and introduce yourself by posting your profile page.
- Introduce yourself to someone in the group that you do not know by commenting on their profile page. Once you are accepted into the Facebook Group, you can CLICK HERE to visit the Media section of the group and see all images/profiles that have been posted so far.
- Create a Flat Person. The hashtag for your Flat Adventures is #p2POTRFlatAdventures.
- Order a t-shirt or other Over the Rainbow swag.
