Historian Tip: Converting Regular Tags to Face Tags

THIS OFFERING WAS CREATED IN HISTORIAN 4, BUT IS RELEVANT FOR HISTORIAN 6.

Facial recognition is one of the biggest time-savers in Historian. Facial recognition means that the program automatically identifies people in your photographs and is able to tag them with a “Face Tag”. Face tags are exactly the same as regular tags. They can be added, deleted, or moved, and they live inside categories like regular tags. They can be used for searching and organizing just like regular tags.

Note: What is referenced as a Vault in Historian 4 has had the terminology changed in Historian 6. In Historian 6, the Vault is now known as the Cabinet. The Vault in Historian 4 is the same as the Cabinet in Historian 6
