This is a new spin on a one photo collage and is sure to create pages that take your breath away. Have fun playing with your collection of shapes and your favorite photos for this easy to do technique. Objective: Use the Shape cutter and shadows to create a collage.

Video Notes:

- - Add photo to page
    - Adjust the aspect ratio as desired
    - Zoom in and position the photo in the frame
  - With photo selected, go to Format> Shadows> Custom
    - Decrease the Depth to 0
    - Adjust Softness, Expansion, and Density as desired
      - Darker photos require increased Density

Be careful not to move the original photo or any of the copied sections for the duration of this technique.

- - With photo selected, go to Cut> Cutters> Shapes
    - If prompted to Flatten, say OK
    - In the operations panel, click the dropdown menu on Shape
      - Click on desired shape
      - Select shape
    - Position the cutter over the focal area of the photo
      - Keep the appropriate area
      - Copy
    - Repeat this step, copying portions of your photo to build your collage
      - Note: Copy all focal areas first and in order of importance followed by supporting areas
  - In the elements panel, hide the original photo
  - Adjust the shadow on each copied section
    - Focal sections (elements at top of the elements panel) should have larger expansion than the sections below it
    - Make the expansion smaller the further you go down the elements panel
    - Adjust the softness and density as desired
    - Feel free to use pre-set shadows
  - Select various supporting sections (elements lower on the elements panel) and go to the Quick Access Toolbar and reduce the opacity
    - Use varying levels of opacity on different sections
    - Focal sections should be full or near full opacity
  - Select all sections and group together
    - Resize and position as desired
    - The original photo may be deleted
